Schweppes: Fancy Food Fight

Fancy Food Fight was an event for GPY&R Melbourne and Schweppes, Australia’s first ever fine-dining food fight. We teamed up with award winning 3-hatted chef Martin Benn of Sepia Restaurant to experiment and create a menu specifically designed to be explosive when thrown. Dishes were selected based on their range, accuracy, fire rate and splat-ability, while matching to the Schweppes mineral flavours. The event took place at Carriageworks in Sydney where our 70 guests were served seven courses. The diners ate, drank and threw their delicious meals while our cameras rolled.
